What we need from you

After you place your order, email a clear, well-lit side-profile photo only of your pet to hello@goldenmeadowglow.com with your order number as the subject line. In the email, please also include your pet’s name exactly as you would like it stitched on the piece. A suitable photo and your pet’s name are required before we begin your portrait.

Front-facing, blurry, dark, or partially hidden photos may not be suitable for embroidery. Work cannot begin until an acceptable side-profile photo and the pet’s name are received.

How it works

1. Order your custom pet portrait.
2. Email your side-profile photo and pet’s name with your order number.
3. We stitch your pet’s portrait and name in black thread, then finish it in the wooden embroidery ring.
4. Your one-of-a-kind keepsake is shipped to you, ready to display.

Because this piece is made especially for you, small variations in stitching are part of its handmade character.
