What we need from you After you place your order, email a clear, well-lit photo of the handwriting to hello@goldenmeadowglow.com  with your order number as the subject line — for example, "Order #1234". That's it — you keep the original safe at home.

What works best

• Short notes, a sentence, or a signature
• A name or a few meaningful words
• A child's early handwriting or a small drawing
• A line pulled from a longer letter (we'll help you choose the one worth keeping)

Notes should stay short — around 10–15 words fits best inside the frame. Longer, or not sure? Message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll work.

Is a phone photo good enough? Yes — most phone cameras capture plenty of detail for us to stitch from. Just aim for even lighting, no glare, and the writing in sharp focus.

Do you need the original paper? Never. A photo is all we need. Your original note, card, or letter stays exactly where it belongs — with you.

Can the handwriting be in another language? Absolutely. We stitch every letter and mark exactly as it appears in your photo, in any language.

Can this ship straight to the person I'm giving it to? Yes — enter their address at checkout and add a note in the order comments, and we'll leave the price off the packing slip.

What's the frame made of? A solid 5x7 wood frame, made in the USA, with a shatterproof plexiglass front — sturdier in transit than glass, and just as clear.

Is this a final sale? Since each piece is stitched from your specific photo, we can't accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged, message us right away and we'll make it right.
